Chambre meublée en cohabitation à louer à Orbe. Dans une maison avec jardin, proche de toutes commodités, au calme et dans un cadre verdoyant. Au sein d'une famille avec les parents et deux jeunes adultes de 26 ans, présence de deux chats ( qui ne sortent pas ). Pour un-e étudiant-e, stagiaire ou salarié-e, calme et et respectueux-se des lieux, appréciant l'humour et le partage. On ne fume pas dans la maison mais volontiers sur la terrasse couverte, elle est surélevée avec vue sur le jardin qui sera à disposition si besoin.
Salle de bain et wc à partager ainsi qu'un accès à la cuisine. Avec un réfrigérateur à disposition dans la chambre.
Le nettoyage du linge sera pris en charge par l'accueillante.

A 30 min d'Yverdon et 40 min de Lausanne en transport en commun, à 50min du CHUV. Pour Nestlé à 400m à pied.

Furnished room in cohabitation for rent in Orbe. In a house with garden, CLOSE to all amenities, quiet and in a green setting. In a family with parents and two 26-year-old young adults, two cats (not going out) are present. For a student, intern or employee, calm and respectful of the place, enjoying humour and sharing. We do not smoke in the house but gladly on the covered terrace, it is raised with view on the garden that will be available if necessary.
